By using bigskytimepieces.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This website is a catalog and an introduction, not a store. No sale is completed through this site. Every transaction begins with a direct conversation and is agreed between you and Big Sky Timepieces LLC individually. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell.
Watches shown may be examples of models we can source rather than pieces currently in hand; availability changes constantly and is confirmed at the time of inquiry. Any price quoted is valid only for the specific watch and the period stated, and market pricing on luxury watches moves. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction, including where a watch is no longer available or where a pricing error has occurred.
Some images on this site are manufacturer or reference images intended to illustrate a model. Before any purchase, you will receive photographs of the actual watch you are buying. Buy based on the photographs and description of your specific watch, not the reference imagery.
Every watch we sell is guaranteed authentic, see our Authenticity Guarantee. Pre-owned watches are used property and are sold in the condition described, which we disclose honestly and in detail.
Payment is by bank wire transfer unless something else is expressly agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Watches ship after payment has fully cleared. Wire fraud is a real risk in this industry: always confirm wire instructions with us by phone at a number you have independently verified before sending funds. We will never send you new or changed wire instructions by email without a phone confirmation.
Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms.
Big Sky Timepieces LLC is an independent watch dealer. We are not an authorized dealer for, and are not sponsored by, affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by Rolex S.A., Rolex USA, OMEGA SA, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Tudor, Cartier, IWC, Breitling, Panerai, Richard Mille, Grand Seiko, or any other watch manufacturer.
All brand names, model names, reference numbers, and associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners. They are used on this site solely to identify and describe the timepieces we buy, sell, trade, and source, a nominative, descriptive use. Any manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms, not by Big Sky Timepieces LLC. Servicing by an independent dealer or watchmaker may affect a manufacturer's warranty; that is a matter between you and the manufacturer.
The design, text, photography, and logo of this site are the property of Big Sky Timepieces LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our photographs of our own watches are ours.
We work to keep this site accurate, but content may contain errors or become out of date. Specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed directly with us, not from this site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sky Timepieces LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the purchase price of the watch involved. Nothing here limits our Authenticity Guarantee or any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your transaction is the version that applies to it.

Every watch we sell is inspected and verified authentic before it ships. Case, dial, movement and serial are documented, and each watch is photographed individually. If any watch is ever found not to be authentic as represented, we refund you in full. No exceptions, no argument.
