We collect only what we need to answer you and complete a transaction:
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, source or sell a watch, complete and document a transaction, arrange insured shipping, and keep the business records we are legally required to keep. That is all.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your name, contact details, or the details of your collection with marketers, data brokers, or other dealers. In a business where clients own valuable property, discretion is part of the service.
We share information only where it is necessary to serve you: shipping carriers (to deliver and insure your watch), payment processors and financial institutions (to complete payment), and professional advisors where required. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a valid legal request, or where required by law for a transaction.
Our contact, sourcing, and sell/trade forms are delivered to our email through a third-party form service. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach us. We recommend not including sensitive information, such as financial account details, government identification numbers, or specifics about where valuables are kept, in any web form. For anything sensitive, call or text instead.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Some basic functionality and any analytics we use may set standard cookies. Fonts and video content may be served from third-party providers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address as a normal function of the internet.
The site is served over encrypted HTTPS. We keep transaction records for as long as necessary for business, warranty, tax, and legal purposes, and we keep inquiry correspondence only as long as it is useful. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect specifically so there is little to expose.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to retain. Email ryan@bigskytimepieces.com and we will respond. If you are a resident of a state with specific privacy rights, such as California, those rights apply and we honor them.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new date. Material changes will be reflected clearly rather than quietly.

Every watch we sell is inspected and verified authentic before it ships. Case, dial, movement and serial are documented, and each watch is photographed individually. If any watch is ever found not to be authentic as represented, we refund you in full. No exceptions, no argument.
