Buying a watch sight-unseen requires trust. Here is exactly how returns work, in plain language.

You have two (2) calendar days, 48 hours, from delivery to inspect your watch and confirm it is as described. If it is not as described, contact us within that window and we will arrange a return and a full refund.
Returns are accepted only when a watch is not as described. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Every watch is photographed individually and described in detail before you commit, so what arrives is exactly what you saw, and you will have had every opportunity to ask questions before any money moves.
We encourage you to inspect the watch immediately on arrival and to photograph it before wearing it.
To be eligible for return, the watch must be in the same condition in which it was shipped, unworn beyond trying it on, unaltered, unsized beyond restoration, and returned with all original packaging, papers, tags, links, and accessories that were included.
Watches that have been worn, damaged, sized without the removed links returned, serviced, engraved, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
Watches sourced to your specific request, custom configurations, and special orders are final sale. When we source a watch, we have gone out and bought that piece specifically for you. This is confirmed in writing before you commit, never buried in fine print.
Contact us first, do not ship a watch back without speaking with us. We will confirm the return, provide a fully insured shipping label or shipping instructions, and give you the return address. Watches returned without prior authorization or without adequate insurance are shipped at your own risk.
If the watch is not as described, or if there is any error on our end, we cover return shipping in full and fully insured. Since returns are only accepted in those circumstances, return shipping is never your cost.
Once the returned watch arrives and is inspected and confirmed to be in the condition sent, we issue your refund promptly, typically within three business days. Refunds are issued by the same method used for payment where possible: wire transfers are returned by wire, and checks by check. Any bank or wire fees charged by third parties are not refundable by us.
Authenticity is handled separately and more generously than this policy. See our Authenticity Guarantee a full refund applies at any time if a watch is ever found not to be authentic as represented.
When we buy or take a watch in trade, the offer we make is based on the watch matching your description. Once the watch arrives and is verified, payment is issued and the sale is final. If the watch differs materially from how it was described, we will contact you with revised terms, and you may accept the revised offer or have the watch returned to you fully insured at no cost.

Every watch we sell is inspected and verified authentic before it ships. Case, dial, movement and serial are documented, and each watch is photographed individually. If any watch is ever found not to be authentic as represented, we refund you in full. No exceptions, no argument.
