Every watch leaves us by FedEx Overnight, insured for the full purchase price, with a direct signature required on delivery. We don’t ship uninsured and we don’t ship without a direct signature, whatever the watch is worth.
Once payment has cleared and your order is confirmed, watches usually ship the same or next business day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, because a package worth this much shouldn’t sit in a courier facility over a weekend. You’ll get tracking as soon as the label is created.
We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is case by case, because customs paperwork, duties and insurance limits vary by country. If you’re outside the US, contact us before you buy.
All shipments require a direct signature. Have the package sent somewhere a person will be there to sign, or arrange a courier hold for pickup. Don’t authorize the courier to leave it unattended: that voids the insurance and puts all of the risk on you.
Packages are plain. Nothing on the outside shows the brand, what’s inside or what it’s worth.
Risk of loss remains with us until the package is signed for. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit while insured and in our control, we handle the claim and make you whole. If a package is refused, undeliverable, or lost after you have authorized delivery without signature, responsibility shifts to you.
Inspect the package before signing. If the box shows signs of tampering or damage, note it with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
When you sell or trade a watch to us, we send you a prepaid, fully insured overnight label. Please don’t ship a watch to us without talking to us first and getting that label, since we can’t insure or take responsibility for a package we didn’t arrange. Pack it securely, include everything we discussed, and keep your drop-off receipt.
