Every watch we ship goes out fully insured, overnight. No exceptions.

Every watch leaves us via FedEx Overnight, fully insured for the full purchase price, with adult signature required on delivery. We do not ship watches uninsured, and we do not ship without signature confirmation. This applies to every watch, at every price point, without exception.
Once payment has cleared and your order is confirmed, watches typically ship the same or next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, as packages should not sit in a courier facility over a weekend. You will receive tracking information as soon as the label is created.
We ship throughout the United States. International shipping is considered case by case and is subject to additional requirements, customs documentation, insurance limits, and duties, contact us before purchase if you are outside the US.
All shipments require an adult signature. We strongly recommend having the package delivered to an address where someone will be present, or arranging a courier hold for pickup. Do not authorize the courier to leave a package unattended, doing so voids insurance coverage and transfers all risk to you.
Packages are shipped discreetly. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents, the brand, or the value of what is inside.
Risk of loss remains with us until the package is signed for. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit while insured and in our control, we handle the claim and make you whole. If a package is refused, undeliverable, or lost after you have authorized delivery without signature, responsibility shifts to you.
Inspect the package before signing. If the box shows signs of tampering or damage, note it with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
When you sell or trade a watch to us, we provide a prepaid, fully insured overnight shipping label. Do not ship a watch to us without contacting us first and receiving that label, we cannot insure or take responsibility for a package we did not arrange. Pack the watch securely, include everything discussed, and keep your drop-off receipt.

Every watch we sell is inspected and verified authentic before it ships. Case, dial, movement and serial are documented, and each watch is photographed individually. If any watch is ever found not to be authentic as represented, we refund you in full. No exceptions, no argument.
