The Guarantee

Every timepiece sold by Big Sky Timepieces LLC is guaranteed to be authentic and to be the reference, model, and configuration represented at the time of sale. If any watch purchased from us is ever determined not to be authentic as represented, we will refund the full purchase price. This guarantee does not expire.

How We Verify

Before any watch is offered or shipped, we inspect and document it:

• Case, bezel, crown, bracelet, and clasp examined for correct finishing, engraving, and factory-correct components
• Dial, hands, and markers checked against factory specification for the reference and production year
• Movement inspected and confirmed correct for the reference
• Serial and reference numbers recorded and verified against known production data
• Timekeeping and function tested, including chronograph, date, GMT, and other complications where applicable
• The individual watch photographed, the photos you receive are of the exact watch you are buying

Condition Is Disclosed Honestly

Authenticity is binary. Condition is not. We describe condition plainly, including polishing, service history, aftermarket parts, and any marks or wear. If a watch has been polished, we say so. If a component is not factory-original, we say so. We would rather lose a sale than surprise a buyer.

Box, Papers, and Warranty

We state clearly whether a watch includes its original box, warranty card, booklets, and accessories. Where a manufacturer warranty remains, any coverage is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms, not by Big Sky Timepieces. We are not an authorized dealer and cannot extend or administer a manufacturer's warranty.

Independent Verification Welcome

You are welcome to have any watch you purchase from us inspected by an independent watchmaker or authorized service center. If an inspection identifies a legitimate authenticity issue, contact us immediately and we will make it right under this guarantee.

Making a Claim

Contact us directly with your purchase details and the findings of the inspection. We will respond promptly, review the documentation, and, if the watch is not authentic as represented, arrange return of the watch and refund the full purchase price. We do not require you to go through a dispute process to be treated fairly.
